Former Meruelo Group CLO Abran Vigil Returns to Ballard Spahr as Partner

Abe, who had been with Ballard Spahr for almost 12 years before taking a new position outside the firm, said his three years as Chief Legal Officer for consulting firm Meruelo Group, informed his practice by giving him "deep, first-hand insight and participation with apex-level decisions and how they are shaped by legal analysis."
