Abran Vigil has years of experience as a business litigator and counselor, both in private practice and as in-house counsel. Abe focuses on commercial litigation involving real estate and construction, banking and financial services, and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. His practice also emphasizes corporate governance and strategy, contested regulatory proceedings, administrative and regulatory litigation, attorney general actions, crisis management, trade practice disputes, and business torts.
In addition to more than 20 years of experience in private practice, Abe served more than three years as chief legal officer and general counsel of a major business management consulting firm that provides strategic services to companies in a variety of heavily regulated industries, including financial services, construction, hospitality, gaming, professional sports, food service, and media. This experience includes negotiating directly with various labor unions.

Representative Matters
- Represented creditors collecting on over $1 billion in judgments, including against purportedly “judgment proof” debtors with hidden or offshore assets
- Served as Nevada litigation counsel defending shareholder class actions ranging from the hundreds of millions of dollars to over $1.5 billion
- Served as counsel in over 100 receiverships, including representation of special servicers and lenders in litigation, and successfully argued for receiverships for many distressed commercial properties
