Ballard Spahr Represents Itasca Retail in Transaction with Upshop

Ballard Spahr represented inventory intelligence technology company Itasca Retail in its merger with Upshop, a software-as-a-service provider for retailers.
The merger will integrate Itasca Retail’s inventory optimization, merchandise receiving, retail ordering, and inventory management into the Upshop total store operations portfolio, creating a more unified inventory solution.
