Samhitha Medatia is an experienced intellectual property litigator. She has over a decade of experience handling intellectual property litigation and advising on the management of intellectual property portfolios, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, for clients in the automotive, banking and Fintech, chemical manufacturing, consumer electronics, pharmaceutical, and software fields.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Samhitha worked as vice president and assistant general counsel focusing on intellectual property and litigation at a global banking and payments technology company. In this role, she provided legal advice on complex intellectual property litigation and disputes.
