Three landmark Supreme Court decisions—most notably Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, which overturned the Chevron Deference Doctrine—have significantly weakened federal agencies' regulatory power. That could very well be a boon to the cryptocurrency field, which has long clashed with regulators like the SEC.
