The CFPB is Here to Stay. What's Next for Community Banks?

After Community Financial Services Association of America v. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau confirmed the constitutionality of the CFPB's funding mechanism, Bank Director spoke to Joseph Schuster about what may be in store for community banks.

Mr. Schuster described the decision as "a large setback for the industry" and predicted we may see heavier supervision, more enforcement, and more regulation.
