Christian Barnes counsels corporate entities and private equity firms in connection with middle-market mergers, acquisitions, sales, and reorganizations. Additionally, he advises clients on day-to-day legal and business matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, entity formation, and regulatory compliance.
While in law school, Christian worked as a judicial extern with the Honorable Chief Judge John R. Tunheim at the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and served as Notes & Comments Editor for the Mitchell Hamline Law Review.
