Aviation and Aircraft Transactions
We are one of the world’s leading law firms focusing on aircraft transactions for both commercial airlines and business clients around the globe. We counsel clients on all stages of an aircraft purchase, ownership, operations, maintenance and disposal, and negotiate agreements with all types of manufacturers, lessors, lenders, maintenance, and part-out and management companies. A large part of our commercial aviation activity is international, with our attorneys frequently serving as lead counsel for a principal party in the purchase or financing of aircraft.
