William Xiong is an associate in the Finance Department, focusing on commercial real estate finance matters. He has experience representing an array of market participants and financial institutions in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate across multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality, SFR, infrastructure projects and other asset classes. William has advised on a wide variety of loan executions, including balance-sheet loans, CMBS, construction lending, bridge lending, syndications, sale-leaseback transactions and repurchase facilities—as well as modifications and workouts of distressed assets. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Finance Practice Group and Distressed Assets and Opportunities and Distressed Office Buildings initiatives. Before joining the firm, William practiced at a global financial law firm in New York.
