
Maulin S. Vidwans leads the firm’s Commercial Finance Group and serves as a trusted adviser to national banks, nonbank lenders, and institutional capital sources across a broad spectrum of complex debt and equity financing transactions. His practice spans both commercial and real estate finance, with deep experience handling transactions on a regional and national scale.
Maulin represents a diverse array of clients—including national, regional, and local financial institutions, finance companies, real estate developers, and corporate borrowers—in sophisticated financing matters. His work includes acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, roll-up strategies, asset-based and cash flow lending, syndicated credit facilities, mezzanine and subordinated debt structures, second lien financings, intercreditor arrangements, and distressed loan workouts, restructurings, and forbearance agreements.

- Represented lender in complex, multi-party, secured multi-million dollar credit facility to leading construction and engineering firm in which part of the financing proceeds went toward acquiring a strategic competitor
- Represented lead lender in extension of receivables loan facility to timeshare development company. The matter involved more than 50 projects in over 20 states
- Represented lender on construction and receivables loan financing for multi-location deeded interest timeshare projects in five states
