Douglas Parker has devoted his career to providing legal guidance to private and public employers in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska in labor and employment law matters. He has handled all aspects of labor relations for unionized employers and negotiated a number of collective bargaining agreements. Doug also has successfully litigated numerous employment-related matters in jury trials and class actions in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies including the National Labor Relations Board.

Additionally, Doug has handled a broad range of traditional labor relations matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, and National Labor Relations Board proceedings, including unfair labor practice, union jurisdictional disputes, and election-related proceedings.
