Jeffrey Odom is co-leader of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He is known nationally for his experience in complex commercial litigation—most notably in matters involving product liability, mass torts, toxic torts, and construction defects—routinely serving as lead outside counsel in large disputes. He works closely with manufacturers, distributors, and sellers, providing a solutions-oriented approach to help clients address a wide range of legal challenges at the international, national, and local level.
Jeff frequently secures positive outcomes for his clients prior to reaching trial. Where pre-trial resolution is not possible, however, Jeff stands apart with his successful trial record in both federal and state courts. Be it before or at trial, Jeff successfully manages cases on a nationwide basis, with particular experience in complex product liability matters involving alleged asbestos, benzene, silica, talc, and other chemical exposures, as well as a wide variety of consumer products.
