Her litigation experience covers the full scope of employment claims and includes numerous EEOC-initiated lawsuits. Representative Matters
EEOC v. Global Horizons, et. al.: Won comprehensive summary judgment rulings for all claims; twice obtained ruling awarding clients all attorneys' fees and costs incurred in the litigation (prior to and after appeal). Obtained multiple monetary sanctions through successful discovery motion practice and interim summary judgement ruling resulting in the dismissal of hundreds of claimants.
EEOC v. DTD: Negotiated a favorable resolution after strategic litigation successes during discovery phase.
EEOC v. Prestige Care, Inc, et. al.: Successfully negotiated comprehensive consent decree before and without need for litigation of complaint allegations.
