Diego Gutiérrez advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Diego has represented a diverse range of clients—including those in the aviation, transportation, start-up, and senior living sectors. Within the transportation and aviation industries, Diego assists clients with business and commercial aircraft acquisitions, as well as drafting leases, waivers, and training agreements. He also works closely with start-ups, guiding them through various stages of growth and handling day-to-day business matters and transactions.
Diego is dedicated to supporting underrepresented communities, serving as co-founder and board member of Undoculaw Northwest, an organization dedicated to promoting education and support for undocumented and other non-U.S. citizen individuals pursuing a legal career. His commitment to professional excellence is evident through his volunteer roles with the MBA Bar Fellows Program Task Force, the National Hispanic Bar Association, and as a pro bono attorney at Lewis & Clark's Small Business Legal Clinic and the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic—where he has represented clients before the IRS in requests for innocent spouse relief, appeals, audits, collection matters, and ITIN applications.
