Elliot Imani Griffin is an associate in the Litigation Department who focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. Elliot is also a member of the firm's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. In her practice, she represents employers in federal and state court actions involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, restrictive covenants, and breach of contract claims. She also assists employers with developing workplace policies and drafting employee handbooks.
Elliot also advises higher education institutions and government entities about traditional labor matters including union organizing campaigns, contract negotiations, and unfair labor practices. She represents universities and affiliated health care institutions in grievance arbitrations involving disputes regarding employee discipline and contract interpretation.
