Garland W. Gantt, III is a housing finance attorney with over a decade of experience. He represents national banks, regional and local commercial banks, capital market lenders, and other financial institutions in the acquisition, construction, and financing of residential and commercial real estate properties.
Garland’s practice spans a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financings for multifamily projects, charter school projects, affordable housing developments benefited by 4 percent or 9 percent low-income housing tax credits, and construction financing. He is responsible for all aspects of closing real estate financing transactions.
