John Gadon has more than 30 years of experience advising clients on complex state and federal tax matters and project financing. He regularly represents Fortune 100 companies in Oregon state and local tax appeals and litigation.
John also has substantial experience advising institutional tax-exempt organizations on tax, organizational, and charitable compliance matters and advising clients on tax-exempt bond financing and development-related tax incentives.
