Callie Castillo is an accomplished litigator and appellate advocate. Having spent more than a decade advising and defending public officials and agencies in constitutional and complex litigation, Callie successfully guides clients through legal challenges, including commercial litigation; consumer protection; antitrust and regulatory defense; health care-related disputes; wage and hour class actions; and state and local tax controversies. Callie also has extensive appellate experience, having briefed and argued more than 20 cases before the Washington Courts of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court, and the federal Courts of Appeals.

Callie provides clients with strategic counsel during government investigations and on legislation, regulatory, and public policy issues, with particular emphasis on the highly regulated industries of health care, financial institutions and lending, transportation, building and construction, and telecommunications.

  • Represented companies and state associations in constitutional and regulatory challenges to federal, state, and local action related to transportation, energy, and agriculture
  • Represented clients in consumer protection investigations and resulting litigation in matters related to real estate, solar industry, health care, consumer pricing, and finance
  • Represented commercial airlines, individual airplane owners, and parts suppliers in litigation against manufacturer for fraud and breach of contract
