Erin Blasberg is a registered patent attorney and associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Department who focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation matters. As a Ballard Spahr summer associate, Erin researched and drafted memoranda on a wide variety of intellectual property issues. During law school, she worked as a law clerk where she conducted research and drafted various motions for patent litigations arising under Hatch-Waxman.
While in law school, Erin served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Amy Totenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia where she researched and analyzed pending motions before the court. Prior to law school, Erin worked as an environmental compliance specialist for the Environmental Protection Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
