Jennifer McMillan Beyerlein is co-Leader of Ballard Spahr’s Real Estate and Construction Litigation Group. She focuses on construction litigation and drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts.
Jennifer has a diverse background that includes representing architecture and engineering firms in malpractice claims, private owners and developers, and municipalities and public owners on various public works projects.
