Dimitrios Angelakos concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leases in a variety of asset classes, including retail, office, multifamily residential, and industrial.
Dimitri also represents institutional lenders, borrowers, funds, and other investors in connection with complex mortgage loan originations and other structured financing arrangements related to real estate development and acquisition.
Prior to entering private practice, Dimitri was a law clerk for the Hon. Charles P. Kocoras, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
He also co-founded a private school in Athens, Greece, focused on English instruction to native Greek-speaking youth.
