Ballard Spahr and Litigation and Intellectual Property Partner Robert R. Baron, Jr., have been shortlisted for recognition in Managing IP’s Americas Awards 2025.
Ballard Spahr is one of five firms in the running for Firm of the Year–Patent Prosecution (South). The firm won this award in 2023. Rob is one of five attorneys nominated for Litigator of the Year–Pennsylvania. Rob won this award in 2021, and was previously nominated for the award in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024. In addition, Managing IP has recognized Rob as an "IP Star" in Pennsylvania annually since 2013.
