Jason Leckerman on Growing the Department by a Third Via Merger With Lane Powell

The AmLaw Litigation Daily spoke with Jason Leckerman, Chair of Ballard Spahr's Litigation Department, about the firm's merger with Lane Powell as part of their Litigation Leaders series.

"The most important thing is for the lawyers to get to know one another, personally; who they are, what their practices are, and who their clients are," Jason said. "The two firms have similar cultures, but we still have to meld two departments that, independently, are very successful and make sure that together, they continue that success."
