Ballard Spahr Director of Technology Innovation Lisa Mayo Haynes has been named to the shortlist in the individual change maker category of the prestigious Financial Times law firm innovation awards.
Lisa is a finalist in the “Intrapreneur” category of the 2024 Innovative Lawyers North America (ILNA) Awards, presented by Financial Times, the global financial news and information source. The Intrapreneur award recognizes leaders in law firm innovation and transformation who have acted as “change makers” within their firms to advance firm culture and processes to the benefit of clients and the firm.
Lisa’s leadership has been instrumental in positioning Ballard Spahr’s Client Value and Innovation (CVI) Team at the forefront of legal operations innovation and client service within the firm and the legal industry. Under Lisa’s direction, the CVI Team works with Ballard Spahr lawyers and their clients to create user-friendly tech applications with visual and chat-enabled interfaces, intuitive logic, and other cutting-edge features.
The Financial Times’ annual ILNA Awards recognize and celebrate a wide range of law firm innovation achievements. Winners in the Intrapreneur and other categories will be announced at an event December 9 in New York City.
