Lisa is an award-winning, ITIL Foundations-certified executive with more than 20 years of management experience in the law firm innovation space. Her experience encompasses the full spectrum of data literacy and emerging technology—including data analytics, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and generative AI.
Lisa’s leadership has been instrumental in positioning Ballard Spahr’s Client Value and Innovation (CVI) Team at the forefront of legal operations innovation and client service within the firm and the legal industry. Under her direction, the CVI Team works with the firm’s lawyers and their clients to create user-friendly technology applications with visual and chat-enabled interfaces, intuitive logic, and other cutting-edge features.
