Colorado AG Says He Won't Call 'Ticky Tack' Privacy Fouls

Speaking at Ballard Spahr's annual Colorado Privacy Summit, Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser said he didn't plan to fault organizations for small privacy violations, as long as there is evidence that those organizations are trying earnestly and in good faith to comply. His comments were captured in an article by Law360.
The Colorado Privacy Summit, organized by Privacy and Data Security Practice Leader Greg Szewczyk, is one of Ballard Spahr's Denver office's signature events.
