Please join Ballard Spahr's Privacy and Data Security Group and Zaviant for the annual Colorado Privacy Summit. The event will bring together privacy and cybersecurity thought leaders and decision-makers to discuss key issues, as well as a fire-side chat with Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser on the various changes in privacy-related laws, regulations, and enforcement over the past year.

Attorney General Phil Weiser will sit down with Ballard Spahr Partner, Greg Szewczyk, to discuss the various legislative, regulatory, and enforcement updates over the past year. Topics will include the Colorado Privacy Act (including the biometric identifiers and children’s online data amendments), the Colorado Antidiscrimination in AI Law, and various enforcement efforts. 

CLE Credits: This program is approved for 3.0 CLE credits in CA, NV, NJ, NY, & PA. CO CLE Credit is pending. Uniform Certificates of Attendance will be issued for IAPP CPE Credit. Uniform Certificates of Attendance will also be provided for the purpose of seeking credit in other jurisdictions.
