Ballard Spahr, Lane Powell Announce Intent to Combine

Across the country, media outlets reported on Ballard Spahr and Lane Powell's plan to combine, effective January 1, 2025. After the combination, the firm—which will go by Ballard Spahr—will have 750 lawyers and 18 offices, including locations in Anchorage, Portland, and Seattle.
