In the Wake of Silicon Valley Bank, Here's What You Need to Know

As reporters for the Star Tribune set out to gather need-to-know information about the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, one of the sources to whom they spoke was Scott A. Coleman.

Mr. Coleman encouraged readers to retain perspective. "If you look back at the last financial crisis when there were over 500 bank failures, in the overwhelming majority of the cases, the uninsured depositors did not incur a loss," he said.
