A State College Mini-Casino Project is Running Into Stiff Opposition from a Philadelphia Rival

The Philadelphia Inquirer made note of a high-stakes licensing hearing over a bid to open a "mini-casino" in a former Macy's near the Pennsylvania State University campus.

Stephen J. Kastenberg and Adrian R. King represent the Philadelphia investor seeking to open the mini-casino. Messrs. Kastenberg and King are members of Ballard Spahr's Litigation Department and Mr. King co-leads its Gaming Group.
