Securities Cases to Watch in 2023

In its roundup of important securities cases to watch in 2023, Reuters included the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals pending ruling on Nasdaq's board diversity rule, which requires companies listed on the exchange to have a degree of diversity on their boards of directors or explain why they do not.
