Ballard Spahr's Marcel Pratt Ranked on City & State Pennsylvania's 2022 Law Power 100 List

Ballard Spahr Litigation Partner Marcel Pratt has been named to the 2022 Law Power 100 by City & State Pennsylvania.

The honor recognizes law professionals “who are shaping the direction of the state politically, legally, and otherwise.”

In ranking Mr. Pratt at No. 15 on the list, the publication said, “After defending Philadelphia’s nationally debated soda tax and fighting for the wage equity ordinance as Philadelphia’s youngest-ever city solicitor, Marcel Pratt returned last year as managing partner to Ballard Spahr, the firm where he had previously spent six years with the litigation and antitrust group.”

At the firm, his practice focuses on commercial litigation, antitrust and competition law, product liability, class actions, investigations, and government relations. He also leads the firm's Crisis Management Team.
