Denver Office Managing Partner Damon O. Barry has received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Dean’s Advisory Board of his alma mater, the University of Nebraska College of Law.
The award is given to an alumnus who “has made outstanding contributions to the legal profession by supporting the community through hard work and diligence, selflessly paving the way for future leaders.” It is one of the highest honors the College of Law bestows upon an alumnus and is given in recognition of “rare distinction in professional achievement.”
“Nebraska Law is proud of Damon Barry’s tremendous leadership and success,” said Nebraska College of Law Dean Richard E. Moberly. “He is making an impact with his firm, in his community, and at the College of Law. Damon is always generous with his time, providing mentorship and guidance to our current and prospective students, and supporting our strategic direction as a Dean’s Advisory Board member. More broadly, his professional success is a model for our students and a reflection of Nebraska Law’s values.”
