Richard Goldberg, Philadelphia Real Estate Lawyer, Dies at 80

Richard Goldberg, a retired Ballard Spahr Real Estate partner, passed away May 9, 2021 at the age of 80. He was remembered in a Philadelphia Inquirer piece as a leader in real estate law, a helpful colleague, a civic-minded philanthropist - and a passionate Philadelphia Flyers fan.

“Dick did more than build buildings and communities, although he did that very well. He built relationships that stood the test of time,” retired Ballard Spahr Real Estate Partner Morton Fisher Jr. told the Inquirer. “He cared about people, and he cared about making the world a better place. He was just a good, fine person.”
