Philadelphia, Wilmington Have Never Had a Woman US Attorney; That Must Change, Observers Say

The Legal Intelligencer spoke to Beth Moskow-Schnoll—a Litigation partner in Ballard Spahr’s White Collar Defense/Internal Investigations Group and Managing Partner of the firm’s Wilmington office—about the absence of female U.S. Attorneys in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
"If you look at the U.S. attorney's offices in Philadelphia and Delaware, they’re half women. It begs the question: if it's 50-50, why haven't there been any female U.S. attorneys?" says Ms. Moskow-Schnoll, a former federal prosecutor.
