NLRB Aims to Speed Up Case-Handling By 20 Percent

Law360 spoke to Steven Suflas of Ballard Spahr’s Labor and Employment Group about the NLRB’s proposed plans to cut the time it takes to resolve labor disputes by one-fifth over the next four years.
"At the regional office level, where this is going to have its greatest effect, that means people are going to put in more hours or that decisions are going to be made with perhaps a skimpier record," said Mr. Suflas.
