NLRB Puts Out Quartet of Obama GC's Advice Memos

Law360 reached out to Steven Suflas about the NLRB general counsel's office release of a series of Obama-era opinion memos on labor issues including dress codes, workplace video recordings, and strike replacements.
Mr. Suflas, a Labor and Employment partner at Ballard Spahr, said the memos are "based on since-overturned precedent or labor-friendly legal readings unlikely to be co-signed by current GC Peter Robb."
