Nathan Seiler Named Managing Partner of Ballard Spahr's Boulder, Colorado Office

Nathan Seiler—an experienced deal attorney who advises high-growth companies in corporate and securities transactions—has been named Managing Partner of Ballard Spahr's office in Boulder, firm Chair Mark Stewart announced.
Mr. Seiler represents clients in a variety of industries, including software and information technology, life sciences, telecommunications, natural and organic products, clean technologies, and renewable energy. He has successfully represented public and private companies in more than 75 M&A transactions ranging in size from less than $10 million to more than $1 billion.
Mr. Seiler also has advised emerging growth companies and venture capital and private equity investors in more than 200 financing transactions ranging in size from seed rounds of less than $1 million to late-stage financings exceeding $100 million. He succeeds Steven Suflas, who will continue to serve as Managing Partner of the firm's office in Denver.
