Fair Housing, Fair Lending and Fair Servicing, Oh My

This session will address the increasing focus on fair housing, fair lending and fair servicing issues, including the U.S. Justice Department’s “Combatting Redlining Initiative” and CFPB focus on “digital redlining,” the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s disparate impact rule and special purpose credit program guidance, and state developments.
