Mitch Turbenson is a litigator licensed to practice in Arizona and California. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, intellectual property litigation, and white collar defense.
In his white collar practice, Mitch has assisted in guiding clients through all stages of civil, criminal, and regulatory proceedings, from responding to government investigations and conducting internal investigations, to negotiating with government representatives, and litigating any resulting claims or charges. Mitch has experience successfully representing clients in investigations and actions initiated by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Arizona Attorney General. Mitch has also been part of investigation teams hired by government entities on behalf of taxpayers.

- Obtained a complete defense judgment following a bench trial in favor of an employer being sued under the Fair Labor Standards Act by multiple employees
- Successfully obtained summary judgment against national commercial tenant on behalf of a landlord in one of the first national court decisions articulating the scope of common law contractual defenses in light of government closure orders responding to the COVID-19 pandemic
- Represented commercial property seller against buyer claiming negligent misrepresentation, fraudulent omission, and breach of contract through summary judgment resolved entirely in favor of seller
