Matt Morr is a trial attorney that represents a wide range of companies in their most important litigation matters, from prominent public organizations to start-ups in emerging industries. Matt has litigated and tried cases in front of judges and juries in federal and state court, and before arbitration panels.
Matt regularly works with manufacturers on a variety of litigation matters. For example, Matt has represented prominent beverage manufacturers in purchase price adjustment disputes, trademark infringement matters, and vendor and distribution agreement disputes. Matt also represents companies that manufacture drones, water analysis instruments, and toys in intellectual property and license agreement disputes.

Mortgage Banking and Consumer Finance Litigation
- Defends lawsuits throughout the United States alleging wrongful foreclosure, negligence, civil theft, conspiracy and violations of statutes, like the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
- Represented two mortgage loan servicers in a state Attorney General's investigation into whether law firms specializing in foreclosures were improperly inflating fees
- Represents financial institutions in disputes involving Mortgage Pool agreements. Successfully defeated claims at trial that seller was required to repurchase a pool of mortgage loans
