Harry Levin focuses on the corporate, licensing, and transactional needs of privately held and publicly traded companies. He negotiates and drafts commercial contracts, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) and software license agreements. In addition, Harry assists entrepreneurs, startups, and investors in forming, starting, and funding businesses as well as buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions matters and securities and capital markets matters.
Harry works with clients in a variety of industries, including business services, entertainment, life sciences, manufacturing, software, and technology. Before entering law school, Harry served as a software engineer who developed web applications for an international financial services company.
