Brooke is an associate in the firm’s Business and Transactions Department, practicing in the areas of corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. She also acts as outside general counsel to clients, working directly with business owners and leaders to meet a variety of transactional needs, and provides advice on various matters including formation, shareholder agreements, internal corporate structuring and restructuring, operational issues, and management succession.

Brooke graduated from law school with a concentration in Intellectual Property and previously served as both a commercialization analyst and a contracts analyst in a university tech transfer office. She was responsible for screening new technologies for patenting, commercialization, and marketing as well as preparing licensing, non-disclosure, and other agreements between the university and other institutions.
