David Goroff is an associate in the Business and Transactions Department who focuses on health care. David has experience working with clients on corporate practice of medicine matters, regulatory compliance, telehealth and telemedicine, coding, and anti-kickback and referral matters. In addition, David works closely with new and emerging companies, particularly those in the health care industry, and counsels founders and young companies on issues related to equity, financing, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked as a paramedic in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and as an emergency medical services state regulator in Maryland.
