David J. Fernandez co-leads the firm's Corporate Trust Services Team. He represents clients in capital markets, securities, leveraged finance, and both tax-exempt and taxable bond financing transactions. He has served as bond, borrowers, disclosure, underwriter’s, and trustee counsel on a diverse range of tax-exempt mutual bond transactions, including those involving civic facility revenue bonds, industrial development bonds, water and sewer bonds, housing and transportation bonds, and hospital and health care revenue bonds.
Before entering private practice, David served as Senior Assistant General Counsel for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, one of the nation’s leading issuers of tax-exempt debt.
