Our New York Public Finance attorneys’ diverse backgrounds position us to meet the varied needs of state and local governments. For example, our team includes a former in-house counsel for one of the nation’s leading issuers of tax-exempt debt as well as a former attorney for the tax-exempt bond branch at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.

Experience
- Served as bond counsel to the Dutchess County Local Development Corporation in connection with the issuance of $22,315,000 in revenue bonds for the Millbrook School Project.
- Served as underwriter’s counsel on behalf of Build NYC Resource Corporation in financing $125 million in revenue bonds for Family Life Academy Charter Schools.
- Served as purchaser/lender counsel for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York in financing $8.1 million in revenue bonds for the Greenburg Eleven Union Free School District.
- Served as underwriter’s counsel for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York in financing $31.5 million in revenue bonds for NYSARC, Inc.
