Kristen Larson Named to Minnesota Women Lawyers Board of Directors

Kristen Larson, a Consumer Financial Services attorney in Ballard Spahr’s Minneapolis office, has been elected to a two-year term on the Minnesota Women Lawyers Board of Directors.
Incorporated in 1972, Minnesota Women Lawyers is an association of more than 1,200 attorneys, judges, law students, legal employers, and others who are dedicated to advancing the success of women attorneys and striving for a just society. It arranges programming and CLEs to promote equity and inclusion in the legal industry and community, develop and support women lawyers as leaders, and engage and celebrate a diverse community of women lawyers.
Ms. Larson, who joined Ballard Spahr after almost two decades in the banking industry, offers innovative solutions and works with clients to meet their business objectives, focusing on delivering practical, thoughtful, and creative resolutions. Her matters often revolve around consumer, small business, and treasury management deposit and payment products and services; digital banking; emerging payment systems; innovative technology; information security; operations; and customer experience and servicing. She is an active provider of pro bono services and was 2020-2023 Board of Directors President for LegalCORPS, which provides no-cost legal services for non-litigation business law matters to low-income small businesses owners, small nonprofit organizations, and innovators.
