Ballard Spahr's Matt Thornton Named Minnesota Lawyer Up & Coming Attorney

J. Matt Thornton, a Litigation Department associate in Ballard Spahr’s Minneapolis office, has been named an Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer.
