Ballard Spahr Advises Everest Infrastructure Partners in Acquisition of Varsity Wireless Towers

A Ballard Spahr deal team led by Nathan Seiler represented Everest Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure investor focused on the communications and renewable energy industries, in its acquisition of Varsity Wireless Towers.
The deal, Everest's largest transaction to date, includes Varsity’s portfolio of communications towers in New England, its tower development pipeline of more than 50 wireless communications sites, and its multi-carrier indoor Distributed Antenna System in Newark, New Jersey's Prudential Center.
Mr. Seiler, a partner based in the firm's Boulder office, represents acquirers and targets in a variety of public, public-private, and private-private business combination transactions as well as issuers in public and private securities offerings. He also advises venture capital and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in corporate and securities transactional matters.
