All of our work on energy project financings draws on the firm’s national, multi-dimensional finance practice. Our attorneys advise lenders, borrowers, and other participants in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide variety of commercial and energy financing transactions, ranging from senior credit facilities to mezzanine and other subordinated debt, and from unsecured to asset-based secured structures, including project financings, acquisition financing, and leveraged buyouts. We regularly counsel lenders and borrowers in matters involving construction, bridge, mezzanine, and permanent loans for projects financed on either a taxable or a tax-exempt basis.
